Embrace Grace
Everyone is worthy of love in every season of life.
Embrace Grace provides emotional, practical, and spiritual support for single, young pregnant women who find themselves in an unexpected pregnancy.
The primary goal of Embrace Grace is to empower the church to be a safe and nonjudgmental place for these young women to run to when they find out they are pregnant, instead of the last place they are welcomed because of shame and guilt. It is a 12-week program that teaches them about God's love and grace, and at the end we will give them a baby shower to honor them for choosing life and to help provide for their baby’s needs.
Serving Opportunities:
Project: Loving Hearts
Description: Prayerfully consider coming along side us as we launch this ministry. We truly could not do this without the help of amazing people like you giving their time and efforts to serve the single and pregnant women in our community. We are so grateful for your desire to help her be brave! You can serve weekly in the group meetings, or consider serving at the events that are a part of this program such as the Baby Shower or Princess Day.
Project: Dear Brave Girl letters
Description: This is a handwritten letter of love and encouragement that, once approved at our national offices, is placed into a Love Box for a single and pregnant woman to read after finding out that she is expecting. With your help, we send out hundreds of these letters in our Love Boxes every month.
We want you to speak whatever the Lord puts on your heart. The Brave Girl letter is a way to remind each of these sweet mommas that they are loved, that they are being prayed for, how amazing they are, and that God has a plan! Do you have an encouraging verse that you rely on in big moments? Share that in your letter! All completed letters can be sent to: Embrace Grace, Inc. c/o Love Box 700 West Bedford Euless Road, Suite G Hurst, TX 76053
Project: Baby Shower
Description: Volunteer to plan and help host the baby shower. Consider donating diapers, crib sheets, formula, onesies, bibs, gowns, blankets, car seats, etc. that a new parent will need.
